So I’ve never been to lawyer before so I have nothing to compare this experience to, but Ken Pazder was fantastic. My husband and I just bought our fist home and Ken walked us through all the final paperwork. I’m sure he does thousands of these a year, but he never once acted bored or tried to rush us through it. He took almost an hour, explaining in detail every piece of paper we were signing, what it meant, and why. He even provided tips for costs savings on taxes and insurance. He answered all of our questions included the stupid ones. Above all that, Ken was just a really nice, down-to-earth guy and real pleasure to deal with. He is clearly a huge animal lover and gave us a toy to take to our new home for our dog. Will definitely use Ken Pazder again for any future home sales/purchases or other legal need.
